For the 12th year in a row, Union Public Schools has been recognized by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education as the Oklahoma’s Promise 2024 State 6A Champion for having 175 seniors from the class of 2023 qualify for the Oklahoma’s Promise Scholarship.
Union's summer camp for Union students enrolled in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade will be June 3 through August 2 at Jarman Elementary, 9015 E. 79th St., Monday through Friday, from 6:45 a.m. until 6 p.m. Enroll now.
Union Alternative School Principal Chris Ducker will be conducting a forum for students in grades 9-12 who have applied or who wish to apply to the Alternative School at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1.
Three members of the Union Classroom, Teachers Association negotiations team spent the day at Oklahoma Education Association's workshop, The Power of ABC's! We shared ideas on advocacy, bargaining, and contracts with members from surrounding districts.

The Union Schools Education Foundation Online Auction opens Monday, April 15. It runs until April 22.
While school is out today for a scheduled parent-teacher conference day, the Union Finance Division, which covers departments from accounting to human resources, is participating in an all-day retreat at the UMAC.
Reminder: a virtual learning day is planned for Monday, April 15, meaning students will work on assignments from home on Monday. Teachers will be involved in professional development on Monday. School will resume as normal on Tuesday, April 16.
Can you take algebra in eighth grade? In many cases, the answer is no. However, Union has made changes to allow any student the opportunity to take algebra in eighth grade.

Moore pre-kindergarten students showed off their box car creations during today's annual parade. Kids and teachers lined the hallways and parents gathered in the entrance area to take pictures. After the parade, parents visited students in their classrooms.
