Welcome to the Rosa Parks Early Childhood Education Center
Our mission is simple: to enhance the development of very young children and promote healthy family functioning.
Union Public Schools has partnered with Community Action Project-Tulsa County (CAPTC) to prove an early childhood program. This partnership provides both weekly home-based visitation services for families with infants and toddlers through the age of three; as well as full day educational services at Rosa Park Early Childhood Education Center for Union families with children who turn three by September 1. Both educational programs require that you live in the Union School district and that you qualify via income for program entrance.

The Oklahoma State Department of Education has made the decision that Oklahoma students will not return to the classroom for the remainder of the current school year, as our state continues to fight the spread of COVID-19. While all Union school buildings will remain closed, school continues as we create meaningful educational experiences that engage students, enriching and extending their academic abilities.
Our intent is to provide a positive academic experience for students without overwhelming parents, and to engage all populations of students.
