Union Public Schools has ended its Oklahoma State Approved Drivers Education course.

 If you have need for a duplicate copy of a program completion certificate, please follow the procedure below.

Lost Drivers Ed Certificates may take up to 3 weeks to replace

If the original Drivers Ed certificate is lost prior to obtaining the permit, call or email with your student’s name, date of birth, and when he/she took the Drivers Education class. **Be sure to ask the permit office to allow you to keep your certificate after obtaining the permit, in case you need to take your driving test at a different location. To satisfy insurance provider requirements, you will need to obtain a copy of the student’s transcript from the school registrar.
