Grades 6-12 Student Materials Pick-Up Set June 1-5

During the first week of June, secondary students will have the opportunity to enter their school building to gather personal items and to return library books and textbooks.  To ensure proper social distancing, we have divided the students up by last name as follows at the link.

  • Students at the 6th/7th Center should use the west entrance.
Students at the 8th Grade Center and UHS Freshman Academy should use the main entrance.
Students at the High School should use the UCA entrance.
  • STUDENTS ONLY in the building.
Students should maintain appropriate social distancing of six feet or more between them and the next person.
Masks and gloves are encouraged, but not required.
  • Students should leave LIBRARY BOOKS in bins at the entrance.
  • Students should leave TEXTBOOKS outside the appropriate classroom.
  • Students will have access to their locker, but classrooms will be locked.
  • Students should bring their own bag in which to carry their items.
  • Students should make sure lockers are completely clean and all trash is thrown away.
  • Office personnel will be present to assist students with questions.

Yearbooks

Freshman who pre-ordered a yearbook will also be able to pick it up during their allotted time, and there will be a limited number of extra yearbooks for sale during this time as well.  Remember, ONLY students are able to enter the building during these times.  Thank you, and please contact Mr. Moore via email ([email protected]) if you have any questions!

Yearbooks will be distributed at the 8th Grade Center during these times. The 6th/7th Grade Center is waiting to hear from its yearbook company, but also plans to distribute yearbooks during this time.
