Food From Home

Please do not bring food from home for your child, unless they have an allergy or a religious exemption. Our wonderful kitchen staff can provide substitutes for most allergies and exemptions, but there are sometimes exceptions made. Please be sure your child finishes breakfast items in the car before coming in as well.

How To Dress

Here at the ECEC, we play a lot. We use paint, glue, glitter and play outside for a good chunk of the day. So please be sure you are sending your children in clothes that can get dirty or messy.

Need Resources

If your family is in need of resources or going through a crisis at this time, please contact one of our Family Support Specialists, Kelly or Rosa. Here are their numbers: Kelly at 918-739-0163 and Rosa at 918-739-8385

Welcome to the Rosa Parks Early Childhood Education Center

Our mission is simple: to enhance the development of very young children and promote healthy family functioning.

Union Public Schools has partnered with Community Action Project-Tulsa County (CAPTC) to provide an early childhood program. This partnership provides full day educational services at Rosa Park Early Childhood Education Center for Union families with children who turn three by September 1.  Both educational programs require that you live in the Union School district and that you qualify via income for program entrance.
