Happy Coordinators Appreciation Week to Community Schools Coordinator Scott McCrary at Jarman Elementary.

McCrary is entering his seventh year as a coordinator and his first year as a full-time coordinator at Jarman.

“The previous six years, I served as coordinator at Jarman and Jefferson elementary schools. I am well known at my school for placing my cell phone on my head and playing music as students enter school. I greet them with a smile and a high five to start their day,” he said. I believe this helps get the kids to start the day with a smile and strengthens my relationships with the kids.”
