Job Fair For Students Planned March 31

The Union Career Connect program will host a job far at the UMAC, 6836 S. Mingo Road, from noon until 4 p.m. Friday, March 31.

The event will be open to the general public and will be free to attend.

The Union Career Connect Program is responsible for connecting students with their career interest while in high school. “We decided to take it one step further and not only connect our students with possible careers, but our Union community as well,” Career Connect advisor Douthat said.

Union Career Connect is still seeking businesses with hiring needs to participate in the job fair.

“We are asking for businesses who are currently looking for employees, really, so this could be practically anyone,” he said.
