Enroll Now For EDP Fall Break Camp

Union’s Extended Day Program (EDP) is offering fall break camp – Scarecrows, Redhawks & U  – October 19-20 at Jefferson Elementary School, 8418 S. 107^th E. Ave., Tulsa. School hours will be 6:45 a.m. until 6 p.m.  View this document for information on payment, enrollment and classes.

Campers will need to bring a sack lunch. We serve breakfast from 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.

COST: Pre-K $105 + $30 Activity Fee (non-refundable)    K – 5th $95 + $30 Activity Fee (non-refundable)

LICENSED CAPACITY: 100 STUDENTS (PRE – K LIMITED TO 15 STUDENTS)     
Camp enrollment is closed once capacity is reached!  All enrollment is completed and paid for online.

Education Service Center Office Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Activity fees are non-refundable. There will be no exceptions.  You must be pre-enrolled and pre-paid to attend.  
IMPORTANT:  Enrollment is limited to a DHS licensed capacity of 100 - first come, first served (15 for 
Pre-K).  If enrollment reaches 100 students, camp enrollment will be closed immediately (which may occur before the October 12 deadline).  Submit your enrollment ASAP - do not delay! If you have a past-due EDP balance, you may not enroll in camp until your account is current.  If you have additional billing questions, please e-mail the billing office at [email protected] or call the billing office at 918-357-6086.  For questions regarding camp, call the EDP office at 918-357-6030. We ask that your child is dressed appropriately for current weather conditions for outside activities!
