Access Grades OnLine

Parents and students may access assignments, grades, attendance record and other information online through Union’s Campus Portal.  This portal is part of our new student information system, Infinite Campus.  The portal may be accessed through a computer or a mobile device.

If you have not yet set up a Campus Portal account, or having difficulty, please email Campus Support.

(Students can access Student Canvas for assignments.)

Grades OnLine available

Infinite Campus LogoUnion Public Schools has launched a new, more robust online service to allow parents and students the ability to access assignments, grades, attendance records, and other information through a computer or mobile device.  The Campus Portal is part of the district’s new student information system, Infinite Campus. Students 7th Grade through 12th Grade participating in any extracurricular sanctioned school activities sponsored by OSSAA will receive Eligibility notices by the Campus Parent/Student Portal.  These include Leadership, Fine Arts and Athletic courses both during and after school.

Safeguards are in place so that only those with authorization may have access to the password-protected Campus Portal.  Parents may gain access by emailing Union Campus Support, where they will receive specific instructions and an activation link. If parents have more than one student attending Union, they only need one activation link to see the information for all of them.  Students will receive their user name and password at school.

“The Campus Portal is a powerful tool for parents, students, and teachers as we work together to achieve and maintain student academic success,” explained Union Superintendent Dr. Kirt Hartzler. “Users will find even more information than we were able to offer in our original online service,” he said.

Last Day of School is May 22

Friday, May 22 will be the last day of school for the 2019-20 year. Additional time will be added to the school day for students in grades 6-8 beginning Monday, March 23, and continue through the end of the school year.

“Due to two days of school that were cancelled due to inclement weather, the district calendar had to be adjusted to meet the minimum state requirement of 1,080 hours of instruction,” Superintendent Dr. Kirt Hartzler said. “We wanted to adjust the calendar so students don’t have to come back after Memorial Day.

Modifications to the school schedule will be made as follows:

  1. Add one day at the end of the year, with Friday, May 22, being the last day of school;
  2. Elementary schools:  No change to the schedule. They have enough school hours to meet the required 1,080 hours.
  3. 6th & 7th Grade Center:  4 minutes added to the end of the school day effective Monday, March 23 (the day after spring break).
  4. 8th Grade Center:  2 minutes added to the end of each day after March 23.
  5. Union High School Freshman Academy:  No change to current times.
  6. Union High School:  Friday, April 10 will be a “virtual day,” with students working on assignments from home.
