Union Public Schools must implement new teacher and leader evaluation tools because of changes in state law. In 2010, Senate Bill 2033 was passed, thereby changing the criteria for Teacher and Leader Effectiveness Evaluations for the state of Oklahoma (70 O.S. § 6-101.1670.)
