2010 Summer Pay Schedule
The following pay schedule has been established for the summer months:
The following groups of employees will pick up their paycheck/direct deposit advice at their normal location on the above designated paydays:
All employees, not specifically listed in the above group, can pick up their paycheck/direct deposit advice at the Education Service Center, 8506 East 61st. Our hours for the summer are 7 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday through Thursday. If payday falls on Friday, Payroll will be open from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. for distribution of paychecks.
Certified Teachers and Child Nutrition Managers will receive their lump sum payment on Wednesday, June 30, in addition to receiving their normal paycheck/direct deposit on June 10 and June 25.
Picture ID is required to pick up your paycheck/direct deposit advice. Authorizations for another individual to pick up your payroll check must be on file five(5) days prior to the payroll date.
If you currently have your check direct deposited, it will still be direct deposited into your account during the summer unless you notify Payroll otherwise.
If you currently receive your direct deposit advice via e-mail, your advice will continue to be e-mailed to your Union e-mail address unless you notify Payroll otherwise. We can only e-mail your stub to your Union e-mail address.
