Proficiency-Based Promotion

Proficiency-Based Promotion (PBP) testing, also known as Credit by Examination (CBE) provides an opportunity for students to move forward in their educational endeavors by subject, course, and/or grade level based upon demonstration of mastery of the Oklahoma State Standards.  Proficiency-Based Promotion is intended to serve those students in Union Public Schools whose needs are not being met by available enrichment and/or advanced coursework. Opportunities for PBP or CBE testing occur in April and July.  For more information please contact Todd Nelson, Director of Student Achievement at 918-357-6043.
