Sophomores - new to Union High School this year - also get to enjoy the new food offerings thanks to a new chef, new cafes and the new Union Collegiate Academy. See Union Street Market page!

Eli Huff, Executive Chef, Culinary Operations Coordinator for Union Public Schools, helped create the menus for the District and oversees the operation of the cafeteria options - The Union Street Market - at Union High School. Below is Lisa Griffin, director of Child Nutrition, who also oversees the program and has worked to improve the nutritional needs for all students. See related story about the new menus.
